Assistant Manager Nino's Southern Sides 

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations and support our management team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and delivering great guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
  • Lead and motivate front- and back-of-house staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
